These 1950’s-1970’s era glass cabochons feature a beautifully detailed geometric pattern. The intersecting diamonds remind me a bit of an argyle pattern, with a raised floral flourish. I have these stones available in three different color combinations right now:
* black/green/blue variation has a solid black base with washes of mint green and indigo blue with subtle metallic bronze accents
* red/white/blue/green variation has a primary red base with washes of white, baby blue and mint green with subtle metallic gold accents
* green/gold/red variation features a black base with shades of olive green, mustard yellow, and rust red with subtle metallic bronze accents
The stones are in good condition, though the back sides show minor scratching as is typical for their age. They’re uncirculated old stock made in West Germany.
These vintage glass cabochons have flat backs, and they’re appropriate for gluing, mounting or bezeling; they are not beads, so they do not have holes.
