Description
These 1960’s-70’s vintage acrylic cabochons measure 18 x 13mm each, and they feature a black geometric design on a white base. The pattern has a somewhat tribal or henna look, and is also available in black on white or red on white.
The backsides have two small ridges where it looks as though button shanks could be attached. These ridges are fairly flat on most of the stones, but some have a little bit of texture to them.
These stones are previously uncirculated old stock, originally manufactured in West Germany for the costume jewelry trade. Most of my stones are glass, but these are acrylic (AKA plastic).
