Description
These old raw brass stampings were an east coast warehouse find. They’re most likely from the 1970’s or 80’s, and the unfinished brass has taken on a gorgeous reddish gingerbread patina over time. Each filigree stamping measures 25mm round, with a lacy motif that is suggestive of a flower or mandala.
The back side is a bit rough, but can easily be sanded. The metal is stiff, but still pliable enough to be bent or cut. The aged brass can be painted, patina’d and/or sealed.
